Definitions
The terms stated in this policy have the following meanings:

- "Client" means potential, current or former customer of Deluxe Deep Cleaning. The term shall also include any individual, employee, representative, or customer of Deluxe Deep Cleaning where Deluxe Deep Cleaning has obtained such Personal Data from a Customer as part of its business relationship
- "Employee" means an employee (whether permanent, part-time, temporary or contract) of Deluxe Deep Cleaning

Collection Of Personal Data
Deluxe Deep Cleaning may collect and process Personal Data, such as your e-mail address, name, work/site address or telephone number. If you purchase Deluxe Deep Cleaning products and or services, we collect and store billing address details, we do not process or store credit/debit card information. Deluxe Deep Cleaning may also collect anonymous demographic information which is not unique to you, such as your work postal codes, gender, and business-related preferences. Deluxe Deep Cleaning will retain Customer information for clients who have purchased our products or services (unless deemed not relevant). However, Deluxe Deep Cleaning reserves the right to delete Customer information for potential clients who have not purchased our products or services.
Information about your computer hardware and software also may be automatically collected by our Website. Such information may include your IP address, browser type, access times and referring website addresses. This information may be used by Deluxe Deep Cleaning to maintain the quality of our website and general statistics of website visitors, more information surrounding website and cookies can be found in the “Cookie” section of our Privacy Policy.
Deluxe Deep Cleaning is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of Deluxe Deep Cleaning owned websites/accounts. Due to this, we advise you review Privacy Policies of all other websites/platforms before using, even if they were directly or indirectly linked to Deluxe Deep Cleaning website or platform.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose Personal Data or Sensitive Data through our social media platforms, (or another form of publicly viewed platforms) then this information may be seen and used by other people/entities.
Storing Personal Data
Due to business solutions such as cloud-based software, some information may be processed by entities operating outside the EEA who provide services to Deluxe Deep Cleaning such as cloud storage or business software.
Using cloud-based and business software allows us to provide and maintain higher levels of quality, when information is transferred or stored on such software/servers which may be outside the EEA, we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected and treated securely as outlined in this Statement. When providing consent to store and use your Personal Data, you agree to our transferring, storing and processing procedures which includes using such cloud-based services.
Unfortunately, transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we routinely update our security software and have procedures in place, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Please note, for the purposes of our business relationship with our clients we gather very basic Personal Data, this is for correspondence regarding business dealings. Information gathered is for business purpose or legitimate interests.
To allow us to provide our services we do not require any sensitive data. Our services are provided on a business to business basis and therefore we have no correspondence with children under 13 and no information is requested or processed for children under 13.
Using Personal Data
Deluxe Deep Cleaning collects and uses your Personal Data to provide our services and improve our website (see cookies section for further information), Deluxe Deep Cleaning will make calls and send emails to clients in order to effectively carry out business requirements. Such calls or emails may regard scheduling or confirmation of appointments and meetings, to discuss, arrange, amend, confirm other services or product related factors.
Deluxe Deep Cleaning may use your personal data to contact you regarding other services we offer.
When you provide certain Personal Data, such as a personal email address, we will request verbal consent to use this for the purpose of our business relationship with yourself or your employer. Deluxe Deep Cleaning may also contact you regarding feedback or marketing related to our products and services we have provided or wish to provide. We do not contact you on behalf of Third Parties.

Deluxe Deep Cleaning does not sell, rent or lease our customer lists/database to third parties, this also applies to any information gained via our websites contact forms. As mentioned in “Storing Of Personal Data” section, we do use providers for specific services such as cloud storage or other business related software. These companies have GDPR policies and protective measures in place and are prohibited to use your Personal Data other than to provide services to Deluxe Deep Cleaning and their policies are no less protective than the ones which are set out in our statements.
Trusted partners may be used, as they may be required for us to provide our services or products to our clients. Such example would be a delivery company being provided your works or office address along with a name and contact email or number as a point of contact, This might occur if we need items or equipment to be delivered on-site. Basic Personal Data would be needed for our trusted partner to complete such tasks, which is required for us to uphold our end of a business agreement, such as when a client is ordering services or products from Deluxe Deep Cleaning.
Sensitive Data
As previously stated in our policy, Deluxe Deep Cleaning does not gather Sensitive Data on our clients. (only on employees as required for the purpose of hiring / maintaining employment)
Should any sensitive data be gathered, Deluxe Deep Cleaning will only process such data with your prior consent. Though due to the nature of our business being business to business, it is unlikely we will request or require sensitive data from our clients or employees of our clients.
Data Security
Our website only gathers Personal Data should you use one of our contact forms.
We regularly review and update our security software and our website is hosted by a respectable provider which is has a GDPR policy providing protective measures.
Once your information, should it contain Personal Data or not is sent to us via the website, we securely store the relevant information on our system. As of 25th May 2018, a consent button will be present on our contact form, you will need to opt-in by selecting this, giving us consent to use any Personal Data which has been provided via the contact form.

Deluxe Deep Cleaning, as previously stated only disclose personal data without consent under specific circumstances.
Requirements of transferring or disclosing personal data will be required under the following scenarios; 1) Deluxe Deep Cleaning buys or sells a business or assets of a business, in which case we may disclose such personal data to prospective buyers or sellers of such business or assets as required. 2) If our business or part of our business is purchased by a third party, in which case, any personal data held by Deluxe Deep Cleaning may be transferred to the purchasers.

You have a right to choose what we process your personal data for, Deluxe Deep Cleaning gathers and processes personal data for the purpose of business relationships and providing services or products, even then we will ask for consent, usually verbally, to store and use this information in accordance with our privacy policy.

The Right To Acces: As a Data Subject, you have the right to access the information we hold about you, This helps to ensure your personal data is accurate and relevant for the purposes required and you have consented for. After reviewing the information provided, you may send us a written request asking us to amend or delete any incorrect or irrelevant data, as permitted by applicable law.
Unlike other companies, we don’t usually charge for access requests. We think transparency is key and as previously mentioned, we only keep the basic required information to provide our services and products.
We aim to respond to all reasonable written requests for access, amendments or deletion of data in a prompt manner. please keep in mind certain data may be required to be kept as it is deemed relevant or of legitimate interest. (please see Storing Personal Data and Using Personal Data sections)
Our Third Parties And Partners
As previously mentioned in this policy, we use third parties and trusted providers to help provide our services and products. We take precautions when selecting such providers, such as cloud-based companies. Deluxe Deep Cleaning only gathers very basic personal data, but we still check to ensure our providers have sufficient GDPR policies in place and as their client/customer, we do not consent for them to use or process any information we place with them for any purposes other than the solely to allow us to provide high quality level of service.
Amendments To This Statement
Like most companies, we periodically check and update our policies and statements. We ask you to review our policies every so often just to make sure your aware of any changes we may have made.
Though, we like the transparent approach, so should any major changes occur we usually make the effort to let our customers / potential customers know.
